Monitoring is scheduled re-scanning plus alerts

A scan is a snapshot. Monitoring is the schedule that re-runs it and tells you what changed. Pro gets daily; team tiers get a custom frequency; Starter has none, which is worth knowing before you quote it.

The value is the delta, not the report. Nobody wants a weekly full report. Everyone wants to know that something changed since yesterday.
