Read this before relying on any output of the Service.
CheckVibe is an automated informational service. Its scan results, AI-generated explanations, severity ratings, recommended remediations, threat intelligence, and compliance heuristics are not a substitute for professional security audits, penetration testing, legal advice, regulatory advice, compliance certification, accounting advice, or any other professional advice. Always engage qualified professionals before acting on security-critical or legally significant matters.
All content delivered by CheckVibe — including but not limited to scan results, vulnerability classifications, severity scores, CVSS values, threat-intelligence indicators, AI-generated explanations, compliance checklists, remediation suggestions, dashboards, documentation, blog posts, and email notifications — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes, or should be construed as, professional advice of any kind.
Your use of the Service does not create any attorney-client, advisory, consultant, cybersecurity-professional, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and CheckVibe. Communications with our support team are for operational assistance only and do not constitute professional advice.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate, up-to-date information. However, the Service relies on automated software, third-party data, AI models, and heuristic rules that may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, biased, inconsistent, or misleading. The Service may produce false positives (flagging issues that are not real) and false negatives (missing real issues). Vulnerability data may lag actual disclosure. Threat-intelligence data may be over- or under-inclusive. AI explanations may be hallucinated or contextually wrong.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information produced by the Service before relying on it for any decision, action, or omission.
CheckVibe is an automated remote scanner. It does not perform exhaustive manual review, business-logic testing, authenticated deep penetration testing, source-code audits beyond the automated patterns implemented in the Service, formal compliance certification (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR audits), or any other engagement that requires a qualified human professional. Engage a licensed penetration-testing firm, auditor, or attorney before making representations about your security or compliance posture.
CheckVibe is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal advice, regulatory guidance, or an opinion on the legality, suitability, or compliance of any system, conduct, configuration, or commercial decision under any applicable law (including without limitation GDPR, UK GDPR, FADP, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI DSS, NIS2, DORA, the Cyber Resilience Act, the AI Act, or any other law or regulation). Consult a qualified attorney admitted in your jurisdiction for advice specific to your situation.
CheckVibe does not authorize you to scan any system you do not own or for which you do not have explicit, demonstrable authorization. You are solely responsible for ensuring that every scan you initiate complies with applicable anti-hacking, computer-misuse, unauthorized-access, telecommunications, and contract law (including without limitation the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the Swiss Penal Code Art. 143bis, the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990, German StGB § 202a, and equivalents in other jurisdictions). Unauthorized scanning may carry civil and criminal penalties. See our Terms of Service Section 4 and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Portions of the Service use large language models and other AI systems to summarize findings, explain vulnerabilities, suggest remediations, or generate written content. AI output is produced by software, may contain errors or omissions, may reflect training-data biases, may be misleading, and may be confidently wrong (a phenomenon often called “hallucination”). Do not rely on AI output as authoritative. Independently verify any AI-generated content before acting on it.
The Service incorporates content from third-party sources (such as the National Vulnerability Database, Google Safe Browsing, Google Gemini, GitHub, public DNS, public WHOIS, and certificate-transparency logs) and may contain links to third-party websites. CheckVibe does not control, endorse, warrant, or guarantee any third-party content or link, and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, lawfulness, or usefulness of such content. Use of any third-party service is at your sole risk and governed by the third party's own terms.
Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, tax, accounting, financial-planning, or valuation advice. Information about pricing tiers and refunds is operational, not financial-advisory, in nature.
